Calling all volunteers for conservation tasks
Please join us to clear invasive laurel and thinning excessive holly to restore light and diversity in the woodland for flora, fauna and public access and enjoyment.
Elmbridge countryside rangers will provide all tools and training but please bring:
* water and snacks
* suitable sturdy outdoor footwear (steel toe capped boots if you have them)
* thick gardening-type gloves
Dates of work parties:
*Wednesday 4th September
*Wednesday 9th October
*Wednesday 6th November
*Wednesday 4th December
*Wednesday 19th February
From 9.30am to 12.30pm, but you can leave earlier if you like.
Meet at 9.30am at the entrance to the green at Claygate Common via Common Lane (what3words ///rider.puddles.star)
